My favorite yoga routine for shoulders and neck, often practiced to stay away from cervical spondylosis!

As age increases, the joint capsule and ligaments around the shoulders become stiff, leading to a decrease in shoulder flexibility.

This lack of flexibility can sometimes lead to problems around the shoulders (usually bursitis and tendon wear) due to a lack of space for structural movement.

Shoulders require a lot of movement, so you can stretch over your head or put your arms behind your back.
