Preparation exercise for handstand: 1.
Dolphin style+toe point on the ground.
[Picture] Kneel on a cushion and measure the distance of the headstand.
The elbows of both hands form an equilateral triangle with ten fingers clasped together.
Place the head between the hands, straighten the legs, extend the spine, stand on tiptoe with the hips up, and hold for 30 seconds.
Repeat the exercise 3 times.
