This course is an introductory yoga course designed for elderly friends with zero foundation.
Throughout the course, low-intensity movements are learned gradually, starting with basic breathing training and shoulder and neck stretching, supplemented by sitting relaxation and balance training, fully caring for the knee joints and lumbar spine, effectively avoiding sports injuries.

Both sitting and standing postures can be practiced, and with simple aids, it can be used as a “preschool classroom” for students to self-study at home.
