The first time you get the Yoga wheel is to massage your back with the Yoga wheel! Sit down, put the Yoga wheel in the middle of the mat, lie down, middle back tribe on the Yoga wheel, and step on the ground with both feet

Raise your hips, push your legs to the ground, straighten your legs, push yourself back, lengthen your spine, and then pull back and bend your knees

Exhale, knee down, hips back to heel

.

Repeat 5-10 times

Inhale, use abdominal strength, roll the Yoga wheel forward, until you stand on tiptoe, only your toes on the Yoga wheel, look at your navel

Exhale, keep activating the abdominal muscles, roll the Yoga wheel back, and return to the plank again

.

Repeat 5-10 times

Sit down with one leg bent forward, with the left leg bent outward and the right leg on the Yoga wheel

Take a few deep breaths, grab the outside of your right foot, sit up straight, with your spine extended and your chest open

Keep your spine up, your chest open, fold forward, and take a few deep breaths

Tip: when folding, lift the elbow, relax the shoulder and keep the posture light

Inhale and stretch your left hand up

Take five deep breaths and change sides
