-Return to the starting position, then raise the arms above the head and stretch the right side of the body

3 | downward dog movement: – first touch the ground on all fours, then lower your toes, straighten your legs, and press your hands on the ground to form an inverted v

Function: this posture helps to eliminate the gas in abdomen, stimulate ascending, descending, transverse colon, stomach and small intestine, and relieve constipation

Function: this posture is like twisting wet cloth, which can massage digestive tract and stimulate detoxification

-Keep your legs straight as you bend your upper body forward

1 | meditation in sitting position: – sit cross legged on a blanket or yoga tile with hips above knees, then hold for 5 minutes
