Yoga Practice(   Sadhana) the key to liberation

All the important classics of Yoga place great emphasis on yoga practice or continuous practice (abhyasa)

Yoga practice not only refers to the theoretical study of Yoga classics, but also refers to a spiritual effort

Oilseeds must be pressed to produce oil, and wood must be burned to show the hidden light

Similarly, Sadhaka must practice constantly to light the sacred fire in his body
