The online class of happiness series is a special course presented during the National Day golden week.

It consists of 8 classes, each of which is 1.5 hours.

The course provides a series of simple and effective exercises based on the ancient science of yoga, aiming to bring a complete experience of inner happiness.

The course includes Yoga ten rites, a simple and powerful exercise that can activate the lumbar region of the spine, strengthen the muscles along the spine, prevent the collapse of the spine caused by aging, and sashtanga (eight point landing), a simple and effective posture, which is conducive to improving the oxygen content in blood without any external equipment.

Course schedule: November 6-november 28   Choose one scheme between morning class and evening class.

Scheme 1: morning class every Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 8:30 in the morning.

Scheme 2: evening class every Saturday and Sunday from 19:00 to 20:30 in the evening.

The course price is 480 yuan / person for registration and consultation.
