This is the edge of the limit.

With gentle stretching and controlled practice, yoga is considered to be a sport with few sports injuries for thousands of years.

But now, many people are injured in yoga.

Is Yoga bad? No, it’s because everyone didn’t obey the rules.

It must be noted that when doing various yoga exercises, you must gently stretch your body at the edge of the limit of your body, and don’t push and pull hard.

If you feel weak or trembling during practice, please recover your work immediately and don’t insist too much.

Delayed muscle soreness may occur in any exercise.

If muscle tension and soreness occur after exercise, please give appropriate massage and ice compress.

If the muscle hurts badly the next day after practice, don’t rush to apply hot compress, but appropriate massage and ice compress.

When doing yoga practice, please pay attention to the feeling in your body caused by the movement, and stay for no less than 4 seconds when each posture is shaped.

When you are practicing, your body completely attracts your attention.

When you focus on the feeling of body muscles, you will be more able to listen to the dialogue between your body and you.

You will feel comfortable in your position, and your sense of movement will be achieved very quickly.

Focusing on the body can effectively perceive the effect of the action and make the body quickly guided in a positive direction by the action.

Unless otherwise stated, breathe through your nose throughout the exercise.

Why? First, the nose hair inside the nose can filter the dirt in the air.

Second, it’s cold in winter and hot in summer.

Walking and breathing with your nose can make the air more suitable for your temperature, and don’t let the supercooled or overheated air stimulate your delicate lungs.

Third, it is a very important reason.

Yogis believe that people get sick because of the disorder of the flow of breath in the meridians.

The moon meridian of the left meridian and the sun meridian of the right meridian all start from the nostril.

The starting point of the left meridian is in the left nostril and the starting point of the right meridian is in the right nostril.

We breathe with our nose, which helps the breath run smoothly in the Qi pulse.

Therefore, if there is no special instruction, we should breathe with our nose during the whole yoga practice.

7.

Always remember that every practice should be slow and clear steps, and don’t make the body out of control inertia.

8。 People who are very old or have neck, shoulder, back and waist injuries should consult a doctor or coach before deciding whether to start yoga posture practice.

When practicing yoga posture, if you feel a light “click” sound from your body joints, don’t worry, it shows that your body is beginning to loosen.

However, the same joint always occurs repeatedly over a period of time, accompanied by pain.

Please tell the coach in time.

10.

If you have severe pain when doing a certain position, please stop immediately and do the same position again under the guidance of the coach.

If the pain continues, please do not do this again for a short time.
