Yoga practice is just to get rid of an extra point

Click the blue word above to follow yoga yoga_ In the first samadhi chapter of the Yoga Sutra, Patanjali discusses it in a theoretical way and tells us that the purpose of yoga is to learn to control the changes or thought forms of the mind; In other chapters, it is divided into several categories: different kinds of thought forms, how to practice to control it and different super conscious states, experience the results in the highest state of non desire seed samadhi, and remove the redundant point Here comes the second exercise Sadhanapada tells learners that if they want to achieve yoga, they need to standardize and correct practice, lay a solid foundation, and gradually reach this level, namely Samadhi.

This article provides some simple guidelines; usually, people tend to care about, cling to and like what they see or hear, mainly because through their eyes and ears The heart runs out to find something to satisfy its desire.

Before the heart sees and hears something and is attracted, it should first distinguish whether it is beneficial or unhelpful to you.

The heart can’t just grasp what it wants at will.

The word “non persistence” is often seen in the philosophy of yoga, and it is also seen in the Buddhist scriptures: the practice of Buddha Dharma is to get rid of self persistence, and self persistence is non persistence.

The meaning of Sanskrit persistence consists of two words: vairaaya means “colorless”, and VAI means “nothing, nothing, no”, Raga is “color” “All desires have colors.

When you put the color on your heart, a ripple will be formed.

It is like throwing a stone into calm water, which will produce water waves.

Be careful that when you are thrown by ~ one desire after another, your heart cannot get rest and peace.

There is no way to practice yoga with a restless heart.

Read the Yoga Sutra So I thought of the mirror in the Yoga classroom.

There are nearly 100 Yoga halls I have walked through all over the country.

I want me to find one without a mirror.

As I wrote in my article earlier, “Yoga is for you to hear, not for you to see”.

The practice of Yoga should turn to the inside through the external link of the body, from the rough layer to the gas energy layer, But in fact, when many people come to the Yoga classroom, they usually focus not on their own breath and sensory adduction, but on looking at their own external form in the mirror.

Whether their actions are beautiful or not.

In the philosophy of yoga, they also talk about the material body composed of five elements, which usually shows the external false self, not the real self.

Friends who have been to India may find that, There are almost no Yoga halls with mirrors in Indian Yoga halls or yoga centers.

The purpose is to remove the outward point and only focus on the inner point In the exercise, Patanjali continued to talk about the point that yoga practice eliminates too much, that is, the ego.

“I often quote two” I “- small” I “(ego) and capital” I “(big ego).

What’s the difference? It’s just a small point, a little self defect.

The capitalized “I” is just a pure stroke, just as the highest truth is always simple and pure.

What limits us and makes us smaller? It’s just that small dot (the small dot above the lowercase I word).

Without that, we are always good, always capitalized “I” (big self).

In life, all difficulties and chaos don’t take time to get rid of.

Just get rid of that, but the preparation takes some time.

Many times, we climb up just to slide down.

Sometimes, we keep improving ourselves, but forget to take an eraser to erase that point.

So we have to come down again.

The ego will always be wrong because of being self-centered until our ignorance is removed.

All yoga exercises are just to get rid of that point.

How simple! Abhy ā savair ā gy ā bhy ā ṁ Tan Nirodha ḥ can control these changes and fluctuations of mind by constantly standardizing practice (abhyasa) and cultivating non persistence (vairagya).

Tatrasthitauyatno’bhy ā Therefore, these efforts to continuously and stably control mind changes are called practice.

Satud ī rghak ā lanairantaryasatk ā r ā sevitodṛḍhabh ū Mi ḥ when people have a sincere love for the ultimate goal and work hard for a long time, they can lay a solid foundation.

Yoga Sutra 1.12-14 if the spiritual needs are ignored, there will be an unfilled void.

The unsatisfied spiritual needs will create an unsatisfied life.

Even if your material dreams come true, whether it is Yoga action or yoga philosophy, Patanjali summarized in the Yoga Sutra: yoga practice requires patience Enthusiasm and confidence.

Get rid of the more “vairagyam is not persistent and attached”, then the practice of yoga can slowly produce a sense of self-control, and do not have any desire for what you see or hear, that is, not persistent.

When you want to do one thing constantly, you should not be distracted by other desires.

That’s why you should never be persistent or concerned when practicing..
