6 yoga poses can improve balance. Be sure to try (collection level)

Yoga aims to find balance.

Balance comes from core stability.

Balance comes from limb coordination.

Balance comes from breathing stability.

Balance comes from one place.

Six balanced yoga postures find physical and mental balance and stability.

Note that the feet lifted in the middle of the first five movements can’t touch the ground.

Lift one leg up and put your hands in front of your chest.

Shift the center of gravity to the left foot and right leg, lift it as high as possible and keep your legs straight, Keep 8-10 breaths with the ankle hooked back.

5 warrior three pose (variant) after the last pose maintains 8-10 breaths, straighten your right leg back, keep your feet hooked back, rotate your thighs inward, keep your feet at the same height as your hips, keep your back parallel to the ground for 8-10 breaths, change sides, repeat pose 1-56, twist (relax your abdomen and back), sit and stand, bend your right knee, keep your heel close to your left hip, and bend your left knee, Put the soles of your feet on the outside of your right knee, inhale your right hand upward, exhale to the left, twist your right hand under the left knee socket, turn your left hand back and look at your left hand, keep breathing for 8-10 times, and repeat on the other side.
