Isha online spring Yoga camp (three months · afternoon class)

The beauty of spring is that the fruit has not yet come, but the flower is a sign and possibility—— Sakuru Isha yoga is pleased to launch the online spring camp on March 29, 2022.

This is a 3-month course for beginners and experienced learners.

The course provides a unique opportunity for you to learn and consolidate a series of simple and effective UBA yoga exercises designed by Saguru.

This course allows you to deepen the practice experience and maintain continuous practice in a comfortable environment at home or in the office.

The course will teach yoga heshili, a simple and powerful system that can activate the lumbar region of the spine, strengthen the muscles along the spine and prevent the collapse of the spine caused by age.

The course also includes sashtanga (eight point landing), a simple and effective pose designed by Saguru, which can increase the oxygen content in the blood without the assistance of external equipment.

Course features ● led by a well-trained Isha hatha yoga teacher ● open to anyone over the age of 12 ● no yoga experience content sequence ● Yoga ten Rites: a complete Yoga process that activates the lumbar region and strengthens the muscles along the spine.

Schedule ● choose one of three time periods: afternoon classes from April 3 to June 19, 13:00-14:30 every Saturday and Sunday ● each class lasts 90 minutes ● lasts for 3 months ● students must participate in all online course consultation and registration.
