It’s brought from your bones.

It can only be said that your body and mind are just ready.

At the beginning of practicing ah Tang, I just like sweating in class.

I feel very happy after practicing.

At that time, I didn’t know what sequence, but I just followed the teacher to practice.

Later, I practiced more, remembered the sequence, knew to retract the core and breathe in the chest, and began to practice by myself.

A day without practice makes you uncomfortable and completely addicted.

At the beginning of practice, Tang will sweat more.

Now he is sweating less slowly.

It should be because of more practice.

It’s not that sweating is bad.

It’s all a process.

After more practice, you will not only practice your muscles, but also practice with your breath.

At the beginning of practicing ah Tang, after a class, the muscles will ache the next day.

Later, if you don’t practice for a few days and practice ah Tang again, your muscles will be sore.

But not now, because in the process of practice, I pay more attention to breathing.

Some people say that it’s because you’re familiar with your movements now that you can focus on breathing.

No, when you subconsciously focus on breathing, you can focus on breathing.

It’s not just full breathing, it’s not enough for the throat to make a sound, but whether the breath flows.

There should be no obvious pause between exhalation and inhalation, but connection.

Disconnected inspirations and exhalations are like beads, and flowing inspirations and exhalations are like beads strung together with strings.

Don’t compromise your breathing in order to achieve the pose, but follow the breath, keep the breath full and flowing, work hard, and submit to your breath and body at the same time, and then follow the situation whether the pose is done or not.

I found that if you really focus on breathing and let the breath flow, the body will be full of Qi, and every corner of the body will be full of awareness.

At first, I was very tangled and felt that I must get up and practice in the morning, because those masters and many soup noodles are in the morning.

But sometimes it’s not easy to stick to it in the morning.

I’m discouraged if I don’t get up and practice all day.

Later, it didn’t.

I didn’t have time in the morning, so I made time in the afternoon.

Many laymen think that Tang is gymnastics and cool.

Some people also say that ah Tang doesn’t emphasize the positive position and is easy to be injured.

It can only be said that when you stand at different heights, you have different understanding of ah Tang.

If you practice with the concept of gymnastics, you are sure to get hurt easily.

Mindfulness is the highest positive position.

I used to be indignant when I heard others say that ah Tang was bad.

Now when I heard it, I knew that the person who said this must be a layman, so I smiled and didn’t speak.

A Tang, as Tonga, transliterated from Sanskrit Ashtanga, Ashtanga’s free translation is the eight branches of yoga.

The eight branches of yoga are: internal system, external system, posture, breath regulation, sense of control, concentration, meditation and Samadhi.

The guru named Ashtanga for this set of strict exercises, which is to let us remember the true meaning of yoga.

Those who insist on ah Tang are self disciplined.

When practicing attang, it is the combination of breathing and asana.

It is dynamic meditation.

It takes extreme concentration to recover the senses from the outside and reach the state of meditation.
