This asana has an awkward name in Sanskrit: Bharadvajasana Chinese name: Balavaga asana, but this asana is not what you want to do.

Sit down, straighten your left leg and hook it back, bend your right knee, and put your right ankle at the root of your left thigh.

Step ③ Finally, combine the previous two actions.

First bend the left knee, with the left calf outside the left thigh and the instep on the ground.

Then bend the right knee, put the back of the right foot on the root of the left thigh, and it’s not over yet! Now, turn your right hand around from behind and grab your right big toe.

Press the back of the left hand against the right thigh (close to the knee) and push it down to the bottom of the right knee.

Then press the knee down to make the heel of the hand touch the ground and the right hand can’t catch the right toe? Can’t the heel of the left palm press down on the ground? Never mind, reach your limit, then turn your head and look to the right, keep at least 5 breaths and remember what I said before.

The right knee should be close to the center line, and the knee should sink to the ground as far as possible.

The twisting of the abdomen massages the internal organs, plays the role of detoxification, and burns the abdominal fat at the same time.

Because the knee plate is half lotus, you can open the hip, stretch the knee and ankle, grasp the toe from the back with one hand, and open the shoulder well.

The lower palm is below the knee, stretching the wrist and small arm.
