I just listened carefully to the teacher’s guide, “slightly close the abdomen and look at the belly button”, and did the dog pose according to my own understanding, and then went too far, because I was too eager to look at the belly button, and forgot to extend the spine first.

Under the guidance of the teacher, I will do the dog pose again.

The armpit is stretchy, and the ischium will extend diagonally upward.

I will try to remember these details.

However, if I was not careful, I used too much force, because after the end of the following Japanese worship ceremony A, the teacher pointed out another serious problem.

The teacher said that my breath is broken, that is, when I inhale the upper dog position, and when I exhale to the lower dog position, there is a break between the inhale and exhale.

At first glance, I was a little confused.

I was a person who said in the article every day how important breathing is to Tom, and also a person who pays attention to breathing in practice.

How can I break my breath? I told myself to stop thinking and accept the teacher’s comments.

After all, he is the authorized teacher of Atang.

I came to Mysore to practice in order to find out my problem and then make adjustments.

So don’t worry about why.

Just do what the teacher says.

The teacher also stressed that the breath should lead the pose.

My understanding is that after the upper dog pose is over, I will start to exhale and then push to the lower dog pose.

In the whole exercise, I will try to adhere to this way, first start breathing, then do asana.

On the other hand, in my practice that day, it is very likely that my downward dog posture was just pointed out by the teacher.

I may have unconsciously wanted to do downward dog posture too much and tried to do it right, so I ignored the muscle of breathing, which is wrong.

The teacher always said that if Tom practices like a pearl necklace, then breathing is the line that strings the pearls.

I can’t remember the original words clearly.) In my way of making my breath break in order to do the down dog style well, I can’t actually have a pearl necklace.

It will only be a pile of scattered pearls, because that line is broken.

The reason why I have this problem is by no means accidental that day.

I vaguely remember that when I practice, it happens occasionally.

When I realize it, I will adjust.

Now, we still don’t pay enough attention to breathing.

How can we stop breathing! As for what the teacher said to inhale and exhale evenly, I understand the truth, but in practice, I think it will be a little difficult without a reference.

In the password class, in fact, I can feel even breathing well following the teacher’s rhythm, but what should I do in the mysore class? I may count 123 silently in my heart every time I inhale and exhale, but I don’t know if it is feasible.

In addition to breathing, I don’t know when I will jump from the upper dog position to the lower dog position.

The teacher said that this way is not suitable for me at present, and gave me two ways to enter, one is to step on the ground with both feet in turn, the other is to push the body forward, the toes of both feet roll, and the transition from the back of the foot to the sole of the foot.

Although I have made a clear statement about my own problems in the Japanese worship ceremony A, once I stepped on the mat and started to do it, I may still have to pay attention to one thing and lose the other.

It is not as easy to learn yoga and Atang as we think.

It needs the guidance of professional teachers and the practice accumulated over time to do it right and well.
