It’s best for you to be able to practice single nose breathing, especially for those who are sitting at a desk using your brain.

It’s very frustrating.

Before noon, it’s best to practice breathing with your left nose frequently.

When you’re free, you can naturally hold your right cheek with your hand and use your index finger to block your right nostril without leaving a trace.

This way, colleagues don’t even know what kind of Qigong you’re doing.

After noon, instead, use your right nose to breathe more.

I’m just teaching you how to use it multiple times, not always! Otherwise, why don’t you just use a cotton ball to block your nose? Isn’t it easier? You may as well give this method a try, as it guarantees your good health.

If you pay attention to your breathing regularly, your temper will improve and your mood will also be cheerful.

And gradually you can feel where your body is uncomfortable, where you are sad, where you feel bloated, sour, and where you feel numb and itchy.
