New Yoga Life

Taman | Beer Yoga, doing Happy Kids in Taman

As June 1st approaches, be a happy child.

Taman hopes that everyone can regain their innocence and happiness in the fun filled beer yoga course.

The pleasure of drinking beer and the mindfulness of yoga complement each other, providing a dynamic experience.

Beer yoga is a hybrid form of yoga that emerged in the United States around 2013.

Participants practice yoga at breweries or bars and drink beer during or after postures, and it has spread to many other countries.

This novel yoga has sparked a wave among young people.

In fact, the practice process of beer yoga is similar to regular yoga, except that you need to hold a bottle of beer as a prop, like a yoga brick or yoga ring, hold it in your hand or against your head, or take a sip of beer between movements, which are all allowed.

In class, Teacher Nan led everyone to focus on allowing participants to engage in some of the most classic yoga postures and breathing exercises while drinking their favorite beer.

Let the people find their own way of balance in the slightly drunken dizziness.

Just as we exercise our ability to focus on the present and return to ourselves in a noisy life.

Perhaps some health experts scoff at this and believe that alcohol can increase fatigue, but in fact, beer contains a type of antioxidant that can help the body recover.

Usually, during exercise, accompanied by muscle activity, people produce free radicals and lactate, leading to muscle soreness.

The antioxidants in beer can combine well with free radicals, weakening the sense of soreness.

Intense exercise can produce too much lactic acid, and a small amount of antioxidants cannot achieve a balanced effect.

However, relatively mild yoga can perfectly solve the problem.

Practicing beer yoga always brings unexpected benefits, such as reducing and releasing stress and anxiety, making it easier for practitioners to enter a calm state of mind.

Possess more strength and stability, and experience a thrilling experience that daily practice has never experienced before.

For someone who is not accustomed to being independent among a room full of people, beer is the best ice breaker.

Moreover, once the challenge action fails, simply lifting a bottle with the person next to you can invisibly resolve any awkwardness.

Taman hopes that the Ghanaians will always have a heart full of childlike innocence.

Willing to try various new things and always having a passion for life.
