A complete sequence of 60 minute Twist&Core Yoga exercises (collectible level)

Today, I would like to recommend a set of twisting and core yoga exercises for everyone, with detailed explanations and illustrations for each movement, as well as a complete practice sequence from warm-up to standing posture!.

Bend your right leg 90 degrees, straighten your left leg, support your hands on the ground, and take 5 breaths.

Exhale, hold your left hand down on the ground, extend your right hand upwards, and extend your left leg backwards.

Bend the left leg 90 degrees, straighten the right leg, extend the right hand upwards, and maintain 5 breaths.

Inhale, straighten your left leg, extend your left hand upwards, and move your right hand backwards to the outside of your right calf.

Cross your hands behind your back with ten fingers, fold forward, and take 5 breaths.

Knees apart, hips sitting backwards with heels, hands extended forward, maintain 5 breaths.

Touching big toes, knees apart, right shoulder on the ground, right hand extended to the left.

On the basis of the previous pose, twist to the right, fold your hands together, maintain 5 breaths, and switch sides.

Bend your right foot on the ground, wrap your left hand around your knee, and your right hand behind you.

Banana Seat Bike

Abdominal adduction, back upright, legs extended, maintain 5 breaths.

Lie on your back, legs open the same width as the cushion, hands open and palms facing upwards.
