Standing for two more breaths is easy.
Even after practicing yoga, the feeling is different – I used to feel sore in the waist and heavy in the legs, like carrying a burden; Now that I’ve finished practicing, I feel like my whole body is “connected”.
When I lay down on the mat in a lying posture, even my breathing becomes smoother.
