Lie down with palms facing downwards on both sides of your hips, bend your knees, and make sure your heels touch your fingertips as the standard.
Open your feet to the same width as your hips, parallel to the inside of your feet, lift your toes, step down with your feet, lift your hips off the ground, and keep your hands behind your back with your fingers interlocked.
