Isha student: My eyes have weakened significantly in recent years, especially my left eye vision.

The size of my left and right eyes varies greatly on my face, which is very unbalanced.

On the first day of the eye yoga class, I immediately noticed that the left nerve and muscles were being pulled all the way to the Baihui acupoint on the top of my head, causing a tingling sensation with some pain.

After practicing continuously for a week, I felt a constant flow of qi, and my left eye was also slightly stronger; After practicing continuously for a month, I noticed that gradually practicing the left nerve is less tense and more effective.

These days, when I look in the mirror, I see that my left and right eyes are similar in size, and both eyes are more powerful and lively.

I am so happy! Although I haven’t had my vision tested yet, I am confident that continuous practice will be helpful in improving the balance between my external appearance and left and right eye acuity.
