When you don’t know what is good to practice, start with slowly exhaling and inhaling

Adjusting breathing and calming down will help the next Yoga move! Prayer: stand upright, hands in front of the chest merge, arms and elbows naturally open, straight, head up and chest, calm down, breathe evenly! Keep yourself in a state of concentration and peace, and be ready for the next action! Arm extension: stand with arms extended shoulder wide over the top of the head, with the upper body and head tilted back, arms tilted back with the upper body! This step is mainly to stretch the abdomen, eliminate excessive fat in the abdomen, exercise the arm and spinal nerve, strengthen the lung breathing and circulation! Forward bending: bend the upper body downward and straighten the legs (don’t bend the knees) until the hands are over the legs and the arms can touch the heel (take your time, do according to your ability, don’t strain the muscles by force)! Pay attention to breathing, exhale before bending down, and try to contract your abdomen when holding your legs! Riding style: stretch the right leg backward to the maximum extent, bend the left leg forward, keep the body in place, straighten the arms, lean back slightly on the upper body and head, gaze with eyes, and pay attention to the breathing rhythm! Mountain style: legs and straight, body prone, hip slowly up, head down, hands straight forward, so that the whole body is V-shaped, legs straight and hip up is exhalation! Eight body throw to the ground: the legs are bent in a right angle, the feet are on the ground, the hips are up, the front is down, the arms are extended, the head is naturally raised, the chin is on the ground, pay attention to the breathing rhythm! Cobra style: lie prone with legs straight back, feet close to the ground, arms straight, head as the center of V-shaped expansion, hands flat on the ground made of upper body and head slowly raised, bent back, eyes staring! Exhale when the upper body is raised and bent! At this time, a few basic actions have been done! After completing the above actions, the next step is the closing action
