New Yoga Life

Why do you have to learn to stand in three-dimensional posture before learning Yoga?

Check Yoga knowledge every day.

As a yoga student, you must practice yoga independently.

At the beginning, you don’t have to think too much about whether the asana is standard or not, just stick to it.

Only in the process of persistence will you realize the growth of intelligence.

Physical and intellectual growth, we must learn to stand three-dimensional.

Usually, you don’t do this exercise.

Why can’t we keep practicing repeatedly? Because we think we are very intelligent humans.

We think we are smart because we can know whether the triangle is standard.

However, we don’t have physical intelligence – that’s what the master said.

The intelligence of the brain may be very high, but we don’t necessarily have physical intelligence.

If the body intelligence develops, the brain intelligence will also develop.

A teacher often tells some of his students that maybe they are smarter than him because he is not as well educated as them.

But even these people have no physical intelligence.

In fact, if you develop physical intelligence, the brain will become clearer.

In the process of practice, you should first control Tamoguna (dull element).

Once you control Tamoguna, rajoguna (element of action, passion, etc.) will also emerge.

Then you get very excited and say, “Oh, now I’m moving!” why do you repeat each pose three or four times in class? Because in this way, your body can get full activity, and your mind can also get activity.

When practicing asanas, you just do it at first, and then intelligence will slowly emerge.

Then the body will compare with the action being done at present, and the intelligence will begin to work.

You should keep your concentration during practice, because if you talk to others, your intelligence will disappear.

“When practicing, you must look at your own actions.

If you talk to others, your mind will be scattered elsewhere from the posture, and then it will gradually disappear.” please digest this principle.

When you do the left asana and the right asana, you will start to distinguish suryanadi and chandranadi.

You begin to understand Yang and Yin: IDA and pingala when you keep balance on the left and right.

If you feel unbalanced or feel that one side is doing better than the other, the Yang and Yin veins will be awakened to remind you that the right side is doing better than the left side.

Next, you have to remember your gesture on this side, and then ask yourself, how should you gesture on that side? How do I stretch on this side? How does that side stretch? In the process of training asanas, you will begin to understand.

Patanjali also proposed “why do you do asana?” there is no duality in asana.

If you do well in asana, duality won’t interfere with you.

That’s why you should pay equal attention to both sides.

You need to do both side asanas on the basis of understanding.

Standing is the best way to understand the left and right sides.

Through them, you can easily and conveniently distinguish the differences on both sides.

By standing three-dimensional, you can easily and conveniently distinguish the differences on both sides.

But if you don’t know the difference between the left and right side of headstand or side inverted, you don’t have to consider the left and right side of parsvabakasana.

In standing pose, you can easily see the differences on both sides, and you can feel them more easily than in handstand.

What do you do after standing up? Ayurvedic therapy believes that when taking medicine, you must also take auxiliary tools, such as water or honey.

This is called anupana.

It balances the drugs.

Similarly, when doing these standing poses, you also need to pay attention to sitting poses to eliminate fatigue.

These three-dimensional sitting styles are: Mountain sitting style, leg stretching style, supine beam angle style and sitting angle style.

These are simple sitting stereos that can eliminate fatigue.

Note that asanas can’t be learned in a year or two.

You may think you’ve been practicing for a year or two and are already a master, but you’re wrong.

It’s impossible.

Remove the idea from your mind.

You must keep practicing.

However, as a practitioner, you should know that practice is the most important.

You have to improve the cycle of asana, which is why I say standing must be done from head to foot.

You must practice it all! In the standing position, every part of the body has been improved.

You can feel that breathing, body circulation and brain blood flow will be more smooth.

In class, everyone’s training is very regular, but later yoga training is not so regular.

After two years of yoga practice, the first year is the introduction, the second year is the advanced, and maybe the third year is the big class, which is over! You think “I’ve learned yoga”! absolutely wrong! The deeper you practice, the more benefits you will reap.

The word “benefit” does not fully describe the benefits of asana.

They can enhance liver function, improve spinal problems, and improve everything.

These are very important for beginners.

We must let them know these “benefits”.

After you practice all the standing poses, you can practice the inverted stance and then do the anupana pose.

In the process of practice, you will understand their impact on you.

Your emotional level has improved, and so has your intellectual level.

You will also become self-control.

You can’t become self-control if you want to be self-control.

Do you understand this truth? After practice, you will understand how you become self-control.

You will completely change your mind.

Yoga is not a three-month or six-month course.

It requires you to practice hard.

In order to learn yoga thoroughly, you must keep practicing.

I emphasize standing up because people are used to practicing them.

In this way, I can talk about bending forward, bending back, twisting and so on.

Only by knowing this can you understand how and where these actions are related to each other.

Yoga is not a three-month or six-month course.

If everyone practices like this, no one will understand yoga.

This is why yoga requires “hard practice”.

Only by practicing hard and doing these postures repeatedly can we understand the deep meaning inside.

At least you should know these basic knowledge and understand that yoga can’t be learned overnight…
