Yoga is often practiced in the sun worship style. Can you do the moon worship style?

Moon worship, Sanskrit Chandra namaskara  , It’s a series of postures.

Sun worship is usually practiced at the beginning of yoga classes to awaken body energy.

Perfect for sunrise in the morning or sunset in the evening.

Moon worship can be part of a longer course or practiced separately as a recovery sequence for cooling and relaxing the body.

The benefits of moon worship help you guide the energy of the moon.

They help relax and calm the mind.

When the energy or temperature is very high (such as summer) and you want to be cool and quiet, the moon worship is very good.

Moon worship can also stretch the spine, hamstrings and the back of the legs; Strengthen leg, arm, back and abdominal muscles.
