16 / 100 Yoga story | Yoga for 12 years, she used the instinct of harvest to resolve a sudden disaster!

Yoga reading notes | yoga training notes | yoga practice experience | yogi’s story | yoga and life (this is a column about yogi’s story, and the protagonist is you, me and him.

If this story can touch your heartstrings, even for a moment, it’s enough!) On the first day of the lunar new year in 2021, LeiBao was quietly crossing the road on the crosswalk.

When she stepped out of her left leg, she suddenly felt a huge impulse, leaving her nowhere to hide.

The next second, her body flew up.

Although the impact and flight only happened in a flash, LeiBao felt that he had flown for a long time and asked, “why didn’t he land yet?” Then she landed on her forehead and fell heavily to the ground.

According to her memory, the moment she landed, she was in a tight state.

She was sent to the hospital for a comprehensive examination.

The doctor found that she only suffered a major vibration in her neck.

Although there were some abrasions on her face and body, she did not have a fracture.

In such a situation, even the doctor lamented that she was in good health.

For more than a month later, LeiBao was recovering with a collar.

Physical recovery always happens step by step, but psychological trauma doesn’t often come out.

She said that it was a stress response.

For the first half of the month, she had been in a state of fear.

Naturally, she will make herself cry and release her emotions.

When the body recovers, LeiBao’s work and rest return to normal.

She practices yoga by herself, takes substitute classes in yoga halls, reads Yoga books and draws pictures…

The years look so quiet and beautiful.

However, taking a step back, if LeiBao hadn’t been exposed to yoga 12 years ago and hadn’t laid a good foundation for her body through perennial practice to make her muscles and bones more elastic and resilient, would she be able to pass the test smoothly at the moment of being hit and flying? Yoga is addictive.

You have to go to the knife.

LeiBao’s physique has always been poor.

She doesn’t like any sports and her body is uncoordinated.

During the summer vacation of college, my mother saw that she was a little hunchbacked, so she got a second card from a yoga studio near Zhangjia.

Her body is flexible enough to keep up with her in class.

I thought that I had learned to dance when I was a child.

Because of my poor willpower, I couldn’t stick to it.

Now that she has grown up, she always feels that she should learn something and stick to it, and 30 Yoga cards are an opportunity.

LeiBao was young at that time.

She had no pressure from professionals and no sleep problems.

She just liked to practice yoga.

She became addicted when she went to a yoga studio.

“I saved that Yoga card and went to one session a day.

I was happy.

Later, I had to go in rain or wind.” Sometimes, like is very simple, without too many reasons, try, fall in love.

After 30 Yoga cards are used up, LeiBao will go back to college, but he has been thinking about yoga.

Her college major is e-commerce, but she doesn’t seem to like it.

When she met yoga, which she fell in love with at first sight, she thought, maybe yoga teacher is a good choice.

Her family’s expectation of LeiBao is also very simple.

She concludes that she is a stocking type, “live well, don’t work nine to five, don’t have pressure, eat and sleep until you wake up naturally.” In this way, LeiBao specially asked for personal leave from the University and went to Youji yoga to study 200 hours of TTC, that is, the training of yoga teachers.

Although yoga theory was involved in the class, she was too young to understand and feel.

As for asana, she was practicing hard and gradually found that her physical strength was weak, but she insisted silently because she liked it.

After finishing teaching and training, we naturally want to show our skills.

LeiBao began to be a part-time yoga teacher.

Maybe the newborn calf is not afraid of tigers.

She soon adapted to the rhythm of substitute classes without too much cowardice.

Of course, careful lesson preparation is essential.

She will write the outline of a class, including the arrangement of the style, write down all the words she wants to say in this class, and imagine the possible problems in the middle and the way to deal with them, and then recite them.

This method may not be suitable for everyone, but it reassures her.

12 years later, LeiBao is still a yoga teacher.

In addition to the great changes in the way of lesson preparation, from complex words to concise drawing of villains and arranging sequences, her enthusiasm has not decreased.

It seems that she has never been tired, hesitant, suspicious or tired of being a yoga teacher.

On the contrary, she enjoys the job, or being a yoga teacher is a career for her.

“I seem to be an export-oriented person.

When I learn yoga knowledge, I want to teach others and spread what I have learned.

For work, I think I should like it first and then do it, otherwise it will be consumption.

If I don’t love yoga and don’t practice yoga, teaching is completely output and consumption.” Thinking about studying Yoga in India and entering the yoga industry for the first time, LeiBao has participated in many workshops and studied a variety of Yoga genres, such as yoga physiotherapy, iyanga yoga, flow yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Maternity Yoga, etc.

Later, she finally found her favorite Yoga direction – Mobile yoga practice, such as flow yoga and astonga yoga.

“My character has many aspects.

I can be very quiet, but sometimes I like to move.

I think there is energy in the flow.” When she first started to practice streaming yoga, she couldn’t hear the music played by the teacher.

She was completely intoxicated in her own world and couldn’t extricate herself.

In fact, this is a state of special concentration.

In 2014, LeiBao saw a bikini lady flying on a yoga mat on the video, and she was fascinated.

She also wants to fly, that is, from down dog to handstand, to crane Zen pose, and four pillar support.

In 2015, she signed up for the Indian teacher Kamal Singh’s Ashtanga Yoga Workshop in Beijing and has been thinking about going to India ever since..
