On the occasion of the 8th International Yoga day (June 21), I decided to hold a two month offline Yoga public service class in ashtangaguangzhou, Guangzhou, to convey a positive lifestyle and self-care attitude towards life, and provide an opportunity for friends who want to improve their sub-health status to heal themselves with yoga.
