Jump forward in the downward dog style.

Although we admire the light landing of the fairy, I don’t know why, but I am still afraid of turning over.

Previously, I occasionally jumped lightly and landed with straight legs.

I didn’t feel happy, but I was shocked.

Alas, who made me a born coward.

Today, if you don’t want to do so much, just jump? It is light, but it is a little clumsy.

Based on my shallow theoretical knowledge, I guess that jumping should consume more energy than walking, but when I do it, I am not tired, and even have more energy.

I wonder if jumping can activate the energy of the body more, or give more help to the energy in the body? I need to consult with an authorized teacher about this professional knowledge.

Since the jump of AB in the sun worship can be easily completed, the small jump in the standing pose is not to mention.

In this way, I slowly came to the sitting pose.

I untied myself and did it according to my physical strength.

I didn’t have to force myself to go when I was tired.

With this mentality, jumping forward and backward has become very exciting.

How do I feel that it is easier to jump back after holding the ground than to jump to the four posts? But I still can’t make a complete backward crossing.

It should be that the connection with the hip is not enough to make it lift well.

The forward crossing can be done, but it is not smooth and light enough, but I will pay special attention to the inhale, at least not suffocate.

My method is to inhale first, and then jump forward.

During this time, I feel the changes brought by the inspiration.

Is this a way of breathing to lead the posture? During the exercise, I found that my breathing was relatively stable and my physical strength was still there, so I added the arm clamping pose, which was the first time I had done this pose since I was infected with COVID-19.

When I did it before, I felt that my breath would accelerate.

Be careful of the dirty thumping, so I didn’t dare to recover easily after my illness.

Now, it is necessary to recover from tiredness.

The manifestation of tiredness is that the breath will be faster and the heart rate will increase, but it is still within my control.

Although I can’t move smoothly from the posture to the crane cicada pose, I’m still quite stable in the crane cicada pose, and when I jump back to the four pillars, I don’t need psychological construction, and I don’t have any hesitation, so I jump over gently, and even my hands don’t feel it’s amazing to push hard.

As a posture I haven’t mastered, I will do it three times, adjust my breath in the downward dog posture, and do it three times.

I feel that the posture is slightly deformed.

It seems that my physical strength will really affect the quality of the posture.

The next chakra is definitely a physically exhausting pose.

After completing the chakra five times each time, I can only finish vinyasa slowly, and this time is no exception.

If you ask me, have I tried my best in the five rounds? It should have used 70% – 80% of the force, especially the back two.

When the weight is shifted to the legs, the legs are sore, which is the kind of sour swelling that you don’t want to bear.

Without the supervision of the teacher, I will definitely give myself water.

After a second thought, the little sisters in the classroom are so elegant in every round, and their legs must also be sour.

They must have experienced the process I have experienced, and they are impressed.

Every time I’m surprised, I just sit and bend quietly after that, and my physical strength will come back, which is a little full of blood.

Think carefully, it should be that after the breath is stable, my physical strength will be better, and then I can do vinyasa, and I can jump back and forth.

Through today’s experience, I found that maybe it is time to return to normal jumping practice and not to be lazy for various reasons.

At the same time, I can’t help but marvel at the memory function of the body.

It is so powerful.

I would have done it before, even if I didn’t do it for a long time for some reasons, but when I breathe well and have physical strength, I can do it easily.

Although it is not smooth enough, it is at least a little light, and the recovery speed is faster than I expected.

Some practitioners will find that after Yang Kang, some postures can’t be done, or the postures have regressed.

So it seems that it is not really regressed.

It may be that the body is not ready, that is, to recover to the state before the infection.

Then give yourself more time and patience, start with breathing, and slowly retrieve the past memory with the body.

Over time, those postures that have been mastered will come back.
