New Yoga Life

Yoga Heart Essence Clock in Diary – Day50- What to Do with Procrastination and Irregularity?

Focus on “living your own life” and become your true self together.

Yesterday I arranged too many things for myself, which was overloaded.

I clearly feel that I don’t have enough energy today.

I originally wanted to finish yoga early and start the day’s schedule.

But he didn’t want to start yet.

I wanted to rest on a yoga mat, but ended up sleeping for a long time.

Upon waking up, I realized that my energy level was insufficient today, so I immediately decided to cancel the afternoon schedule.

At present, I feel much more relaxed both physically and mentally.

Then, I started practicing yoga.

Looking back at the process just now, it is clear that the reason for procrastination is not the procrastination itself.

Procrastination is the result, and the lack of energy and scheduling patterns are the reasons.

(Here, we can further explore.

I don’t want to write it today, but I will talk about it tomorrow.) Therefore, procrastination does not need to be treated at all.

The true antidote is to understand oneself and the root causes behind appearances.

In today’s procrastination case, the antidote is not to force oneself to self-discipline and stubbornly progress according to the schedule without regard; On the contrary, it is oneself who gives oneself more acceptance, permission, and care in the present.

Acceptance and permission are not indulgence, but dynamic adjustments based on awareness of one’s constantly changing physical and mental state, keeping one’s state within a relatively comfortable range.

Challenges and tasks can exist, but they need to maintain a dynamic balance with the physical and mental state.

How to maintain it? The answer is in the text, so careful readers may as well look for it.
