In the more than two years that I have been practicing yoga, the first thing I do every morning is to use the “oil extraction method” to clean my mouth (the effect can be understood by myself), and then wash up.
Facing the bright sunshine on the balcony, the calm on cloudy days, and the sound of raindrops on rainy days, I start meditating at different beautiful moments every day.
I come to several yoga classes to wake up my body.
It’s not that I am very self disciplined, but that I have formed a habit and enjoyed it.
