Personally, when I received training in 2019, I was 38 years old, one of the oldest in my class, and I was really the most rigid

But after two months of practice, my body flexibility is better than when I was 10 years old, and my body feels much lighter

From the perspective of physical therapy, a rigid person needs flexibility; a person with good flexibility needs strength to stabilize
