In my life, all kinds of weight loss did work at that time, but then it rebounded

He lost four or five pounds a week

.

After he didn’t go, he immediately went back to his original shape

I can’t be in a hurry to practice yoga

.

Every basic asana that I repeatedly practice is laying the foundation for high difficulty
