Today, I’d like to share six simple yoga moves.

You can practice after vacation and after work.

If you are particularly busy, you can also practice half an hour before going to bed every day.

If you insist on practicing every day, you will not have fat on your waist.

1.

The warm-up inclined plate preparation of mountaineering step: the beginners can walk slowly with their legs raised high in the early stage.

The basic Jia people can run faster like running until their body gets a little hot.

Pay attention to the core in the process of practice.

Inclined plate – elbow support inclined plate preparation, bend the elbows in turn and then restore, repeat the practice for 10-20 times.

Inclined plate opening and closing jump inclined plate preparation, Keep your feet together and jump to both sides.

Repeat 10-20 times.

4.

Move the inclined plate sideways.

Prepare for the inclined plate.

Move your hands to the right and return.

Repeat 10-20 times.

5.

Side plate twist.

Support the left plate elbow and exhale with your right hand on the back of your head.

Repeat 8-10 times with your elbow close to the lower hand and change the other side.

6.

Single leg downward dog pose – knee to chest downward dog pose preparation, Lift your right leg and bend your right knee upward.

First approach the left armpit and then restore it.

When exhaling again, repeat the exercise close to the right armpit for 8-10 times.
